Danish International Lars Jacobsen has moved from Blackburn Rovers to West Ham in a last minute deadline day deal.
The right back who has previously played for Everton, was delighted to seal his transfer to Upton Park: “I am delighted to have signed and looking forward to play for West Ham, It is a bonus as well to get the opportunity to live in such a great city as London.”
“West Ham excited me. My first priority was to stay in England. I am happy here and so are my family. I could have gone to another country but I preferred to stay in the Premier League and West Ham have given me that opportunity. It would be nice to stay here a long time.”

Croatian international goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa has finally arrived at White Hart Lane on a year loan from Russian side Spartak Moscow.
With over 80 caps for Croatia the goalkeeper will be looking to challenge Heurelho Gomes for the No.1 spot as Tottenham look to build on the success of last season.
Tottenham manager, and First Artist client, Harry Redknapp commented “Stipe’s a top goalkeeper, you don’t get all those caps for Croatia otherwise. He’s also a great character and I’m sure he’ll do well for us.”

In a transfer brokered by First Artist Sport, England U19 International Matty Phillips has joined Premier League new boys Blackpool from League 2 Wycombe.
Commenting on the move Wycombe Wanderers manager Gary Waddock stated “It’s a great opportunity for Matty to play in the Premier League and we couldn’t stand in his way. I’m sorry to lose him, but it’s a great move for him and excellent business for the football club.”

Nigerian international Victor Obinna has joined West Ham United on a season long loan from Inter Milan in a deal negotiated by First Artist Sport.
Commenting on the move, West Ham manager Avram Grant added “He’s a very good player and can play in many forward positions.”
Victor starter pre-season in fine form scoring twice against Manchester City in a friendly for Inter Milan following a disappointing World Cup where Nigeria failed to progress passed the Group Stages.

First Artist client Jonathan Walters has sealed his switch to the Premier League after Stoke City agreed a deal with Ipswich Town for transfer of the striker.
The 26-year-old, who can also play as a right winger, has agreed a four-year contract with the Potters. “I’ve been looking to bring in more goals – Jon certainly fits the bill,” said Stoke manager Tony Pulis. “Over the last three years he’s been the Championship’s outstanding performer. I’m confident he can make the same impact in the Premier League.”
