Phil joined First Artist in 1992 as head of its UK football management operation and since then has defined and developed its business. Phil manages the players day-to-day activities and works with the companys marketing teams to exploit the commercial interests and maximise the earnings of the clients he represents. Phil also started the personality media division, formerly First Artist Management the business and assets of which were recently sold to the James Grant Group.
